We had a great time exploring the beautiful Otago Peninsula from this cozy and comfortable accommodation. the welcoming hosts provided a continental breakfast and were very helpful in suggesting local sights. the self-contained annex was separate from the main house, offering privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. the room had a heater for cooler nights and the bathroom was spacious. WiFi was fast and there were seals on the nearby beach.
Felt relaxed, no reason to complain.

The place was super dope with a sick garden and chill terrace. We had mad fun checking out Forsyth Barr Stadium, which was only a short distance away. The room was hella spacious, comfy AF bed, and the views were on fleek. All the breakfast food was OD tasty too.
The only thing we wished for was more lit nightlife options nearby. We were looking for a turnt up scene to keep the party going, but we ended up having to travel a bit to find the hype.

I stayed at Mary's room in Dunedin for a few nights during the winter. The independent guest house was cozy, clean, and had a lot of character with beautiful artwork and photos. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I loved the homemade jam in the fridge. Despite the cold weather, the room was warm and had a fantastic view. Mary and the hosts were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The spacious studio-like room felt like a home away from home with its comfortable seating options. The selection of breakfast foods and beverages, including the delicious homemade jams, added a special touch to our stay. The hosts were delightful, welcoming, and always available to assist us while respecting our privacy. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fridge, microwave, and coffee/tea maker. The heating lamps in the bathroom made it cozy and warm. The hosts were friendly and helpful, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The lack of a TV or radio in the room was a downside, as we would have liked some entertainment during our downtime. The cluttered appearance of the apartment, though adding to its homely feel, may not be everyone's preference.
